The conditions on the track (Kniebis night trail 2.5 km) are good.
Many thanks to the “snowmakers” from the Skizunft Kniebis and the preparation team of the town of Freudenstadt!

Unfortunately there was only a little fresh snow on the Kniebis. The 7th Lemming Loppet can therefore only take place on the night trail (2.5 km) prepared with artificial snow.

After a warm front on Wednesday, it will be winter again at Kniebis from Thursday. That’s why we want to offer you a cross-country skiing event on January 21st.

Artificial snow is currently being produced on the Kniebis, so cross-country skiing will soon be possible there again.

Today a first ski tour on the Zollstockloipe (part of the marathon route) was possible. However, more fresh snow still has to fall so that machine tracks can be used. We got the first snow at kniebis. The wet fresh snow will form a good base when frozen. More snowfall is forecast Monday through Wednesday, so that we’re optimistic.
