42 km free technique
Start and finish of all distances is at the Kniebis ski stadium. First one small loop are done on the night track (2 km each) and afterwards two 19 km loops. An aid station is available after passing 21 km at the ski stadium.
After an opening round (2 km) the «Volksbank» sprint classifcation is held.

The finish line is reached after one 2 km loop on the night track and one big loop over 19 km at the ski stadium.

5 km Pupils race with school classification, free technique
The 5 km pupils race starts immediately after the start of the 21 km race. Start and finish line is at the ski stadium Kniebis.
The track follows the so called 6-er Spur. Free technique can be used.

“Bunter Hund” – Kids Race
The start and finish of the children’s race takes place in the ski stadium.
The track consists of two small laps of about 500 m length in total. Free technique can be used.
